A tribute to François Chaslin

The Jeanne & Charles Vandenhove Foundation wishes to pay tribute to François Chaslin (1948–2025) in recognition of the deep friendship that bound him to the Vandenhove-Belvaux couple, as well as the pivotal role he played in securing international recognition for the architect’s work.

On this occasion, the Foundation would like to share an article published in ArchiCREE the day after his death, and two texts written by François Chaslin: “Densité” for the catalogue of the Charles Vandenhove exhibition at the IFA in 1985, and “Vandenhove, two plots at the foot of Montmartre Hill”, published in issue 253 of *Architecture d’Aujourd’hui* in 1987.
